Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Answer call lights promptly and provide compassionate resident care
• Take and record vital signs
• Assist nursing staff with resident care and observations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
• Promote dignity, respect, and quality of life for all residents

Requirements

• Current and active CNA certification in the state of North Carolina (required)
• Long-term care experience (preferred but not required)
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
• Strong communication and customer service skills
