About the Role

A Caring Hand at Home LLC is currently seeking compassionate, dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA's) and experienced caregivers to join our team. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to individuals in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and engage clients in meaningful activities
• Help with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation to ensure a clean and healthy environment
• Accompany clients to medical appointments and outings, ensuring their safety and well-being
• Monitor clients' health and behavior, reporting any changes to the appropriate personnel

Requirements

• Knowledge of evidence-based care-giving practices and techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and their families
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect clients' privacy at all times
• Compassionate and patient demeanor to provide comfort and support to those in need
• Certification in CPR, First Aid, and CNA to ensure the safety and well-being of clients

Pay & Schedule

• Competitive compensation of $12 - $15 per hour
• Full time/part time job type with expected hours of 20-40 hrs. per week
• Flexible schedule with 4, 8 to 12-hour shifts, day shifts, and night shifts available on a weekend rotation
• Pay weekly
• Paid training
