Caregiver - CNA/HHA/PCA (Avon)

Responsibilities

• Personal hygiene and grooming care to clients
• Assistance with toileting, ambulation, etc.
• Providing meals for clients' nutritional needs
• Reporting changes in clients' condition to relevant parties
• Performing routine housekeeping and home management duties
• Recording and submitting care plans in a timely manner
• Assisting with providing emotional support for clients and their families
• Assisting with routine therapy exercises
• Participating in case conferences as requested
• Attending all required in-service education sessions
• Using computer software programs and smartphones for required education
• Representing the company in a positive and professional manner through customer service
• Thinking critically without direct supervision and escalating appropriately

Requirements

• Two years of continuous work experience
• One year of previous patient care experience; specific experience as designated by work area may be required
• New Grad CNA's are welcome
• A current and valid Driver’s License in good standing along with reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance
