What You'll Do As a Caregiver, you'll play an important role in helping our residents feel safe, comfortable, respected, and cared for. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, medication reminders, and other daily activitiesEncouraging independence while preserving each resident's dignityBuilding meaningful relationships and providing emotional supportFollowing individualized resident care plans and schedulesCommunicating changes or concerns to the Health & Wellness teamDocumenting care and assistance providedMaintaining a safe, welcoming, and positive environmentWorking alongside coworkers who believe in teamwork, compassion, and exceptional resident careParticipating in training, staff meetings, and professional development What We're Looking For We're looking for individuals who bring heart, patience, reliability, and a positive attitude to work every day.
