Skylake Post Acute in Thornton, Colorado, is seeking passionate and dedicated Full-Time CNAs to become part of our family. As one of the largest skilled nursing facilities (SNF) in Colorado, we pride ourselves on being the top choice for rehabilitation and 24-hour skilled nursing care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to the residents of the facility under the direction of licensed nurses

Requirements

• Must possess, at a minimum, 10th grade education
• Current CPR certification
• Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with the laws of Colorado
• Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check

Pay

Rate Range: $22-$26

Schedule

Full Time, 2pm-10pm with rotating weekend schedule
