Maple Grove Wellness & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate, dependable Certified Medication Technicians (CMTs) who enjoy hands-on resident care and want to be part of a team that truly values its employees. Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide compassionate personal care and emotional support
- Assist with transfers, ambulation, and mobility needs
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Answer call lights promptly and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist with meal service and feeding as needed
- Work closely with nurses and interdisciplinary team members
- Administer medications as assigned and permitted by certification and facility policies
Qualifications
- Current Missouri CMT Certification
- Current Missouri CNA Certification preferred
- CPR/BLS Certification
