CNA/CMA - Sign on bonus

About the role

As a CNA/CMA, you will assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and passing medications. Provide emotional support and companionship, fostering a positive and engaging environment. Conduct routine health monitoring, including checking vital signs and administering medications. Facilitate resident participation in recreational and therapeutic activities. Ensure a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• State of Iowa Active CNA license
• CMA preferred but not required
• Prior experience in LTC and/or AL preferred but not required
