About the Role

Brookdale Sakonnet Bay is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for both Assisted Living and the Health Care Center (Skilled Nursing). Sign-on bonuses and shift differentials are available for Health Care Center positions.

Current Openings:

• Assisted Living: Part Time/Per Diem - All Shifts (7a-3p, 3p-11p, 11p-7a)
• Health Care Center (Skilled Nursing):
  • Full Time/Part Time and Per Diem - 3p-11p ($1000 Sign On Bonus, $2.00/hour shift differential)
  • Part Time - 11p-7a ($500 Sign On Bonus, $3.00/hour shift differential)
  • Per Diem - All Shifts (Weekend shift differential: additional $2.00/hour)

Responsibilities

• Work with community management to provide seniors with personalized care.
• Provide resident status updates at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Assist with dining and personal care needs, including activities of daily living (showers, bathroom assistance, dressing/grooming).
• Perform vital sign checks and clinical procedures according to community policy.

Successful completion of a State CNA/STNA course and maintenance of certification are required.

Temporary associates are not benefits-eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.
