About the Role
Join an active, dedicated, and fun team while making a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents. We are seeking a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to help maintain the highest level of resident care.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, personalized resident care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Encourage resident engagement, socialization, and participation in daily activities.
- Create and maintain a safe, supportive environment where residents can thrive.
- Administer medications and/or assist with self-administration of prescribed medications under the supervision of an RN or LPN.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with federal and state regulations, certification standards, and ethical guidelines.
- Transport residents to and from dining areas and assist with feeding as needed.
- Make frequent resident rounds and monitor resident well-being.
- Supervise CNA staff to ensure quality resident care and assistance.
- Assist with direct resident care when necessary and follow up on identified concerns to ensure resolution.
Requirements
- Current Missouri (MO) Certified Medication Technician (CMT) Certification
