Qualifications

• Must have a current Missouri- MO CMT- Certified Med Tech Certification

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to support seniors in their activities of daily living
• Encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to keep their spirits healthy
• Create a safe environment where residents can thrive
• Administer and/or assist with self-administration of prescribed medication to resident and maintain related medical records under the supervision of the RN and/or LPN
• Maintain medical records and written documentation assuring accuracy, completeness and compliance with federal and state regulations, certification standards, legal and ethical standards
• Transport assigned residents to and from appropriate dining areas
• Feed or assist any resident as needed
• Make frequent rounds and check on residents
• Supervise nurse's aides, making sure they are assisting and caring for residents appropriately
• Assist CNA staff with direct resident care when necessary
• Follow-up to ensure correction of any problems found
