Certified Medication Technician (CMT)
Responsibilities
- Administer and assist with self-administration of medications under supervision of RN or LPN
- Maintain accurate and compliant medical records and documentation
- Provide compassionate care and assist residents with daily living activities
- Foster a safe, positive, and engaging environment for residents
- Encourage resident interaction and socialization
- Supervise nurse’s aides and assist with direct care when needed
- Monitor and ensure quality care throughout the facility
- Transport and assist residents with meals and mobility as needed
Qualifications
- Must hold a current Missouri CMT (Certified Medication Technician) certification
