CMM Lab Technician - 2nd OR 3rd Shift

Responsibilities

• Keep 4 CMM’s running efficiently
• Troubleshoot potential program issues and find solutions
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
• Enter data into workbook using Excel/Sheets
• Analyze data for manufacturing
• Read blueprints and familiar with gauges
• Interface with engineering and team with clear communication (verbal and written)

Qualifications

• Recommended by your Manager
• No written warnings in the last 6-months
• Willing to support and work overtime as needed based on the workload before/after your shift
• Highly motivated, able to multitask, positive attitude and accomplish the work with high quality
• Able to run 4 CMM machines simultaneously with job setups (will be trained on running machines)
• Preferred exposure to being part of an A3, PDCA team
• Proficient in Excel and Google
• Willing to attend training classes at GRCC
• Willing to learn programmer role
• Leadership skills for long-term leading and training others
