About the role
We are seeking a Laboratory Technician dedicated to supporting vital clinical services and blood product preparation.
Responsibilities
- Operate laboratory equipment for component production
- Label and review records
- Ensure product quality and compliance with time and appearance standards
- Conduct sterile procedures such as centrifugation, freezing, thawing, and filtration
- Maintain accurate data documentation
- Implement quarantine procedures
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- No prior experience required
- Strong attention to detail, communication, organization, and analytical skills
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and handle laboratory equipment
- Flexibility for shifts and overtime
