Essential Job Functions (EJFs)
This position is responsible for:
- Coordinating and tracking project activities, including vendor deliverables, timelines, and support tickets to ensure compliance with service level agreements.
- Assessing existing CMIS/myInsight procedures, drafting clear guidance documents, and updating documentation.
- Coordinating user acceptance testing by organizing test scenarios, documenting results, and making recommendations before changes are implemented.
- Acting as subject matter expert for CMIS/myInsight and staying current on system functionality, modules, workflows and reports.
- Coordinating with IT, vendor and program staff to review planned system updates, identify business impacts, and support communication with end users.
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities (KSAs)
- Knowledge of policy and procedure development and documentation practices (e.g., SOPs, workflow documentation, guidance materials)
- Skill in organizing and coordinating project tasks, tracking deliverables, and meeting deadlines
- Skill in analyzing business processes and documenting workflows in a clear and structured format
- Skill in supporting diverse teams to achieve desired results.
- Ability to operate information technology systems.
- Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to translate technical information and communicate it to a non-technical audience.
Initial Screening Criteria
- Graduation from a four-year college or university is required.
- 3 years of experience supporting applications and systems with responsibility for documentation, requirements gathering, workflow analysis, or coordination activities is required.
- 3 years of experience developing at least one of the following: program policies, procedures, guides or manuals is required.
- Experience in electronic health record systems or health information is preferred.
Additional Information
- This is a temporary position and expected to last up to November 30, 2027. Upon hire, the selected candidate will be required to sign a Temporary Employment Agreement indicating awareness that the employment status of the position is temporary.
