Club Events Manager - Acrisure Stadium

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Lead 1933 Club operations for all Steelers, Pitt football games, concerts, and other stadium-wide events.
• Serve as the main point of contact for resolving incidents involving guest relations, medical, security, ticketing, and staffing in 1933 Club.
• Manage staffing logistics, including scheduling, payroll, position assignments, and supervision of Club Staff.
• Develop and distribute game-day resources such as supervisor checklists, team member info sheets, and sign-in sheets.
• Assist with the other Club spaces as needed, when additional support may be required.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree ~ preferred fields include Hospitality/Sports Management, Business, Communications, or related discipline.
• Experience: 5 years of hands-on experience in event planning, venue management, or hospitality/event operations.
• Skills & Competencies: Strong organizational and time-management skills, Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, Ability to lead a team and manage high-pressure, fast-paced environments, Proficient in Microsoft Office, event management platforms (e.g., ABI MasterMind, TripleSeat. Social Tables), Detail-oriented with a client-first mindset
