Club Attendant - Part Time

About the role

The Pfister Hotel, a premier luxury hotel in downtown Milwaukee with over 130 years of iconic history and AAA Four Diamond status for over 50 consecutive years, is seeking an individual to deliver exceptional guest experiences in our Club Lounge.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service by welcoming Club Lounge guests, responding to requests, and creating a warm, personalized hospitality experience.
• Prepare, replenish, and maintain food and beverage offerings throughout service periods, ensuring quality presentation and adherence to food safety standards.
• Monitor lounge cleanliness and organization, including dining areas, buffet stations, beverage displays, and seating areas to maintain a polished and inviting environment.
• Assist guests with hotel information, local recommendations, and concierge-style services while resolving concerns promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality, food and beverage, customer service, or a luxury hotel environment preferred.
• Outstanding guest service skills with the ability to create personalized experiences and maintain a warm, professional, and polished presence.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, leadership, and team members.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and perform tasks such as setting up, replenishing, and clearing food and beverage stations.
• Flexible availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays in support of Club Lounge operations and guest needs.

Schedule

Part-time, hourly position with flexible availability required, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
