Part-Time Clubhouse Attendant

About the role

As a Clubhouse Attendant working in our homeowners association (HOA) division, you will monitor and maintain the Villages at Orenco Station Clubhouse in Hillsboro and provide excellent customer service to residents.

Responsibilities

• Maintains cleanliness of clubhouse, bathrooms, kitchen, and pool areas.
• Provides excellent customer service to residents.
• Utilizes applicable databases to document all communication with owners, vendors, and board members.
• Utilizes proper communication methods to ensure Clubhouse Manager is informed of any issues regarding activities of contract service representatives on site.
• Reports any issues regarding resident disturbances, violations, or complaints to Clubhouse Manager.
• Responsible for light maintenance tasks and general upkeep of clubhouse facility and related areas.

Benefits

• Starting at $18.00 per hour depending on experience!

Schedule

Part-Time Wednesdays & Saturdays: 5:00–10:00 PM, Sundays: 12:00 PM–5:00 PM (with occasional fill-in as needed)

Pay

$19.00/hr
