Responsibilities
- Monitor deployment flows and escalate operational issues to deployment teams
- Run documented deployment scripts and procedures with precision
- Collapse coordination and support outage restoration actions within published SLAs
- Document investigative and restorative actions for audit and root cause analysis
- Collaborate with feature teams to identify and drive fixes and recovery levers
- Troubleshoot and debug service outages and customer-impacting issues
- Update SOPs and technical training documentation as needed
- Support secure work area operations, including hardware deployments and equipment troubleshooting
- Provide physical escort for maintenance, cleaning, and other services
- Aid with user account provisioning, certificate issuance, and troubleshooting
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI with FSP clearance
- 2 years operations experience providing application infrastructure support
- 1 year performing system administration support (Windows/Linux)
- Experience working with Powershell
- Azure experience
- Comfortable with shift work in a 24/7 support environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
