The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $110,000 - $135,000 per year. See below for additional compensation and benefits information.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming service requests via JIRA Service Desk. Perform triage, scheduling and execution of incoming requests. Coordinate with internal teams to successfully resolve requests.
• Monthly reporting of operations KPIs; apply continuous improvement methodology to support required KPIs
• Software Lifecycle Maintenance (development and bug fixes) of established automation frameworks such as Backup management, cost management, landing zone, etc.
• Manage automation for BAU activities such as account creation, landing zone management, application inventory, trusted advisor recommendations, cost oversight, operational guard rails, etc.
• Real-time monitoring and alerting, proactive notifications, problem isolation and remediation
• Configuration Management, application deployment, and intra-service orchestration experience using Ansible/Terraform/CloudFormation/Python
