Responsibilities
- Manage individual installations of Orion
- Assist internal developers with AWS issues
- Handle service desk requests
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule, serving as the primary point of contact for service desk requests by triaging, resolving, or escalating issues within established service levels
- Collaborate with backend, infrastructure, frontend, and scientific support teams
- Interact with Fortune 500 companies leveraging Orion for their scientific needs to create an outstanding support experience
Requirements
- 1+ year of relevant experience
- Proactive, go-getter mentality and a positive attitude
- Strong organizational and problem-solving capacity
- Customer service skills
- Familiarity with scripting (Bash)
- Experience with Linux system administration
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with Amazon Web Services
- Experience with CI/CD frameworks
- Familiarity with programming languages (Python)
