About the Opportunity:The CLOUD ARCHITECT, PRODUCT MANAGEMENT plays a critical role as the technical link between engineering, product management, and field teams. This position ensures that the product vision is translated into technically robust and commercially viable solutions, supporting both the initial release of features and successful post-sale implementation in complex cloud environments. The role impacts the organization by guiding product strategy with technical expertise and enabling customer success through architectural validation and hands-on support. Responsibilities:Serve as the technical subject matter expert to translate complex cloud requirements into actionable product requirements.Collaborate with product management and engineering to design and validate enterprise-grade architectures.Ensure field teams have documentation and enablement materials to successfully implement products.Perform hands-on validation of new features in lab and customer environments.Support sales engineering and professional services by validating field-facing content and demos.Act as a technical consultant to customers and partners on cloud architecture and integration. Requirements:10+ years of experience in cloud architecture, sales engineering, or technical product roles within cybersecurity or enterprise software.Strong expertise in major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure, APIs, and identity services.Proven hands-on ability to conduct demos, validate integrations, and troubleshoot implementations.Excellent communication skills to convey technical details to both executive and technical audiences.Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, product, and go-to-market teams.Preferred: experience in cloud security, data resilience, or hybrid cloud infrastructure and working with cloud architects or security engineering teams. Pay Range and Compensation Package:US (SF Bay Area, DC Metro, NYC, Seattle) Pay Range: $182,300—$273,500 USDUS (all other offices/remote) Pay Range: $164,100—$246,100 USDEligible for bonus potential, equity, and benefits; salary dependent on location, skills, and experience.
