Global Payments is hiring a Senior Product Manager, Cloud Integrations, to partner with product teams and clients in delivering best-in-class integration solutions for card-present POS. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a global team that helps clients seamlessly connect to our processing platforms and devices through RESTful APIs.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the product vision for the assigned portfolio, shaping the product strategy and roadmap based on client and user feedback, usage metrics, and competitive research.
  • Manage the Product Life Cycle process for portfolio product offerings.
  • Support sales with expertise, consulting, tools, and collateral.
  • Own the full product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and delivering measurable value to clients.
  • Collaborate with industry analysts, sales, and delivery teams to prioritize features, hardware, and market positioning.
  • Partner with product marketing to translate technical innovations into compelling value propositions and define pricing strategies.
  • Synthesize market research and client feedback to build high-impact business cases, guiding executive decision-making.
  • Lead matrixed teams, building relationships across IT, project management, legal, and sales for seamless execution.
  • Participate in collaborative workshops with customers to define product requirements and turn their needs into intuitive solutions.
  • Provide technical design direction and support to delivery teams, ensuring product releases meet quality, scalability, and user success standards.
  • Manage product plans, reflecting changes in market and business priorities, and present status updates at stakeholder meetings.
  • Engage with clients during feedback sessions, focus groups, and requirements gathering sessions.
  • Act as product launch manager for new products or major releases.
  • Collaborate with senior management to provide content for market messages, sales collateral, and RFPs.
  • Work closely with development teams to review enhancement requests and align resources for high-priority projects.
  • Manage vendor relationships key to product delivery.
  • Act as escalation point for client issues requiring product change resolution.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in product management or professional services, with a proven ability to resolve complex business challenges through creative, data-informed solutions.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of professional training and hands-on experience.
  • Strong understanding of the POS software/hardware/payments landscape, JSON, RESTful APIs, and cloud-based communication methods.
  • Technical proficiency in software development or IT environments, with practical knowledge of Agile methodologies and the product development lifecycle.
  • Ownership mindset with the ability to manage product P&Ls and act as a business leader.
  • Proven ability to navigate matrixed organizations, build partnerships, and lead diverse teams.
  • Analytical rigor with a natural curiosity for market trends and the ability to turn complex data into actionable strategies.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality products.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel to GPN office locations, trade shows, and/or client locations as needed.

Pay

For this full-time position, the good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is $133,900.00-$202,150.00. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on the role’s responsibilities, level, and geographic location. The actual starting salary will be determined by a candidate’s experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Please note that changes in work location may impact the final offered salary.
