Responsibilities
- Prepare closing documents and assist in closing transactions
- Handle escrow accounts and ensure timely disbursements
- Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and third-party vendors
- Manage file documentation and maintain accurate records
- Assist with administrative tasks related to real estate transactions
Requirements
- 3-5 years' experience in real estate or expressed interest in learning real estate legal practices
- A paralegal certificate from an ABA approved program and/or bachelor’s degree preferred
- SC Notary certificate required
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
