Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive paralegal support on medical malpractice cases from inception through resolution
• Organize, maintain, and manage large volumes of case files and medical records
• Affiliate with case preparation, including discovery, pleadings, and trial materials
• Cook up with attorneys, clients, medical providers, and experts
• Draft correspondence and legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail
• Track deadlines and ensure compliance with court rules and procedures

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a paralegal, preferably in medical malpractice or complex litigation
• Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Ability to think and act independently with minimal supervision
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated, dependable, and professional
