Responsibilities

• Plan and set up your shift ahead of time to be successful
• Maintain performance during the shift
• Ensure food safety and meet high standards of quality
• Take action to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability
• Communicate with the breakfast Shift Manager to help prepare them to run a great shift
• Meet targets during your shifts and complete delegated tasks to help the restaurant meet its goals
• Manage food safety internally
• Manage inventory
• Perform daily maintenance and cleanliness
• Manage crew quality and food production
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Ensure safety and security
• Schedule staff
• Train new employees

Requirements

• Dinners and late nights are your forte!
• Manage great shifts
• Ensure equipment maintenance
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers
• Ensure great Quality, Service and Cleanliness to customers
• Have flexible availability to meet the needs of the restaurant (including weekends)
• Have previous leadership experience, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
• Be 18 years or older to be a manager in our restaurants
