Responsibilities
- Review and process all paperwork generated by onsite Sales Associates, Escrow, and our Home Gallery.
- Collect, verify, and distribute all vital documents for settlements (survey, keys, termite certificates, occupancy permits).
- Generate RWC paperwork for all closing files prior to settlement and forward to Title companies.
- Check HUD settlement statements for accuracy.
- Collect and distribute closing surveys on a weekly basis.
- Schedule and confirm closings with homebuyers, realtors, lenders, and title company.
- Prepare Deed, title docs, RWC enrollment Form, get keys, final survey, copy all engineering documents, and send closing package to title company for closing.
- Coordinate the ratification process, tracking contracts from processing through ratification.
- Input all customer selections into E1.
- Review checklist against submission at presentation of contract package by Sales Associate.
- Verify the accuracy of all contracts and change orders submitted.
Requirements
- College Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- 1-2 years prior office experience required.
- Homebuilder experience preferred.
- Strong multi-tasking and customer service skills.
