Responsibilities

• Review and process all paperwork generated by onsite Sales Associates, Escrow, and our Home Gallery.
• Collect, verify, and distribute all vital documents for settlements (survey, keys, termite certificates, occupancy permits).
• Generate RWC paperwork for all closing files prior to settlement and forward to Title companies.
• Check HUD settlement statements for accuracy.
• Collect and distribute closing surveys on a weekly basis.
• Schedule and confirm closings with homebuyers, realtors, lenders, and title company.
• Prepare Deed, title docs, RWC enrollment Form, get keys, final survey, copy all engineering documents, and send closing package to title company for closing.
• Coordinate the ratification process, tracking contracts from processing through ratification.
• Input all customer selections into E1.
• Review checklist against submission at presentation of contract package by Sales Associate.
• Verify the accuracy of all contracts and change orders submitted.

Requirements

• College Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 1-2 years prior office experience required.
• Homebuilder experience preferred.
• Strong multi-tasking and customer service skills.
