We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We need to parse the posting. The posting includes: - Intro: "Why Siepe ..." (company description). Could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is typical heading for description of role. The posting includes sections: "What You'll Get", "How We Show Up", "Who We Are Looking For", "What You'll Be Doing", "What You’ll Bring", "What We Offer". Also "Benefits" etc. We need to map to allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections correspond. - About the role: could be the company description and role overview: "Why Siepe ..." plus maybe "What You'll Get"? But "What You'll Get" is more about benefits. However we have a Benefits heading separate. Better: Use "About the role" for the company overview and role summary: "Why Siepe ..." plus maybe "How We Show Up"? But we can combine. Responsibilities: from "What You'll Be Doing". Requirements: maybe "What You’ll Bring" (education, experience). Could also be "Qualifications". The posting includes both "What You’ll Bring" (education, experience) and also "All applicants must have current and ongoing authorization...". That's a requirement. Qualifications: maybe overlapping with Requirements; but we can treat "What You’ll Bring" as Qualifications, and "Requirements" maybe for authorization? But we need to avoid duplication. Skills: could list specific skills: Advanced knowledge of CLO compliance calculations, financial modeling, SQL, Excel, analytical, problem-solving, communication. Benefits: from "What We Offer" includes competitive compensation, bonus, retirement, health, dental, vision, life insurance, FTO, learning budget, career growth, referral program, office lunch program, culture events. Pay: The posting mentions "Competitive pay, great benefits, and opportunities to learn..." in "What You'll Get". Also "Competitive compensation, including annual performance-based bonus opportunities". So we have pay info: competitive compensation, bonus. So we can include Pay section. Schedule: Not mentioned. No schedule info. So we should not include Schedule. We must not include sections with placeholder or vague like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include details from each section. We must not repeat job title as heading (not given). Do not put Job ID/requisition numbers. We must remove boilerplate: EEO statement, accommodation request, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Thus produce something like:

About the role

Why Siepe Siepe is a fast-growing technology company helping investment managers turn complexity into clarity. We build software and data solutions that give hedge funds and financial services firms the real-time insights and operational visibility they need to make better decisions faster. Our clients manage billions in assets and rely on Siepe for critical technology, data, and operational workflows. We serve sophisticated global clients and move quickly, challenge how things are done, and give people meaningful ownership and the opportunity to make a real impact.

How We Show Up: We lead with trust, transparency, and a team-first mindset. We communicate early, follow through on our commitments, and take ownership of outcomes - not just execute. When there’s a problem, we bring ideas and solutions, ask the next question, and keep things moving. We stay curious, challenge ideas, and prioritize what’s best for our clients and Siepe. We move with urgency, learn as we go, and work together to leave things better than we found them.

But maybe better to keep as separate paragraphs. Then Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

  • Model compliance tests as defined in legal documents onto in-house systems.
  • Interpret legal documents including indentures and credit agreements.
  • Create waterfall calculations as well as borrowing base calculations according to legal documents.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data and modeling differences.
  • Create innovative solutions based upon understanding of clients' needs, market conditions, and/or technical expertise.
  • Lead client-specific projects to ensure timely and quality delivery of models.
  • Train and share knowledge with junior analysts.
  • Create training and procedural documents.
Requirements: maybe include education, experience, authorization. But we have "What You’ll Bring" includes Bachelor's degree, 7+ years experience, ability to read legal docs, advanced knowledge, experienced with CDO/CLO waterfall and/or borrowing base calculations, intermediate SQL and Excel, strong analytical/problem-solving, effective interpersonal/verbal/written communication. Also "All applicants must have current and ongoing authorization to work in the country of employment without the need for visa sponsorship, now or in the future." We could split: Requirements: education, experience, authorization. Qualifications: skills and knowledge. But the allowed headings include both Requirements and Qualifications. We need to decide. We could put:

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in financial modeling, CLO compliance, or related analytical roles.
  • All applicants must have current and ongoing authorization to work in the country of employment without the need for visa sponsorship, now or in the future.

Qualifications

  • Ability to read and interpret complex legal documents in order to create calculations for financial models.
  • Advanced knowledge of CLO compliance calculations and financial modeling.
  • Experienced with CDO/CLO waterfall calculations and/or borrowing base calculations.
  • Intermediate knowledge of SQL and Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Skills: maybe we could combine some of these into Skills heading, but we already used Qualifications. Could also have Skills heading for technical skills: SQL, Excel, etc. But we need to avoid duplication. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe we combine Qualifications and Skills into one heading? But we have both allowed headings; we could use Qualifications for education/experience/authorization, and Skills for technical abilities. However we already used Requirements for education/experience/auth. Then Qualifications for ability to read legal docs, advanced knowledge, etc. Skills for SQL, Excel, analytical, communication. That seems reasonable. But we need to ensure we don't create thin sections. Each should have substantive content. Let's allocate: - Requirements: education, experience, work authorization. - Qualifications: ability to read/interpret legal docs, advanced knowledge of CLO compliance calculations and financial modeling, experienced with CDO/CLO waterfall and/or borrowing base calculations. - Skills: intermediate SQL and Excel, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. That seems good. Now Benefits: from "What We Offer". Include bullet list. Pay: from "What You'll Get" and "What We Offer": competitive compensation, annual performance-based bonus opportunities. Also "Competitive pay, great benefits, and opportunities to learn". So we can include Pay section with those details. Schedule: none, omit. Now we need to ensure we don't include boilerplate like EEO statement, accommodation request. Remove. Also remove duplicated lines: maybe "What You'll Get" and "What We Offer" both mention competitive pay/benefits; we need to preserve all substantive info but not duplicate. We can combine. We need to preserve all substantive information; we should not lose any detail. So we need to include all points from both sections, but we can combine them without duplication. Let's extract details: From "What You'll Get": - Impactful work on problems that matter. - Direct visibility into how your contributions affect clients and real input on decisions. - Competitive pay, great benefits, and opportunities to learn and take on more as Siepe grows. - Teammates who are sharp and collaborative, whether they come from the industry or are charting a new path entirely. - You will get to be part of a culture that blends fun with purpose! From "What We Offer": - Competitive compensation, including annual performance-based bonus opportunities - Retirement benefits with company contributions, including 401(k) or pension plans depending on location - Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and life insurance, with employee coverage 100% funded by Siepe where applicable - Flexible Time Off (FTO) because life happens - Learning & Development budget to invest in your professional growth - Career growth and on-the-job learning, with opportunities to stretch beyond your role and gain exposure to new technologies and business strategies - Employee Referral Program with rewards for helping us grow the team - Office lunch program, available to employees when working from any Siepe office - A culture that makes time to connect, with snacks, happy hours, quarterly events, and annual celebrations - Benefits, program eligibility, and coverage may vary by location. We need to include all these in Benefits section (maybe also some in Pay). Pay section: competitive compensation, annual performance-based bonus opportunities. Also "Competitive pay, great benefits, and opportunities to learn". But "great benefits" is covered in Benefits. "Opportunities to learn" is covered in Benefits (Learning & Development budget, career growth). So Pay section could just mention competitive compensation and bonus. But we need to avoid duplication: we can mention competitive compensation and bonus in Pay, and then Benefits includes retirement, health, FTO, learning budget, career growth, referral program, office lunch, culture events, note about location variation. We also need to include "Impactful work on problems that matter", "Direct visibility...", "Teammates sharp and collaborative", "culture blends fun with purpose". Those could be part of About the role or maybe a separate section like "What You'll Get". But we don't have a heading for that; we could incorporate into About the role or Benefits? Probably About the role includes role description and what you'll get. But we already used About the role for company description and How We Show Up. Could add those points there. Better: About the role: company description + role overview + what you'll get (impactful work, visibility, teammates, culture). That seems appropriate. Thus About the role will contain: - Why Siepe ... (company description) - How We Show Up (team values) - What You'll Get (impactful work, visibility, teammates, culture) We need to ensure we don't miss any. Let's craft About the role paragraph(s) or list. We'll produce:
