About the role

Operates data entry terminal including inputting data into computer files. Serves as liaison between patient and medical support staff.

Responsibilities

  • Data entry experience preferred
  • Knowledge of data processing policies, procedures and concepts
  • Knowledge of computer operator functions including terminology and equipment
  • Knowledge of the organization’s policies and procedures
  • Performing repetitive duties of operating computer
  • Entering data at a high rate of speed
  • Establishing effective working relations with staff, co-workers, physicians, patients and the public
  • Communicating clearly

Requirements

  • High School graduate or GED preferred
