Clinician Technician On-Call - Maverick House

We are seeking an On-Call Clinician Technician to join our team in Glendale, AZ. Responsibilities

• Provide a safe and secure environment for clients in a residential setting
• Engage clients in skills training to enhance functioning and lead to community integration and self-sufficiency
• Screen, assess, and develop treatment plans for clients
• Manage client case loads and coordinate care
• Handle crisis situations and manage emergency responses
• Support clients in Independent Living Skills (ILS) activities, health and wellness promotion, personal assistance services, rehabilitation, vocational skills training, and development services
• Oversee the medication process and document clinical information

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current CPR certification
• Valid Arizona driver’s license
• Experience working with individuals with mental health and/or substance use disorders
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
