We’re hiring experienced and career-minded HVAC Service Technicians to support our commercial clients in Glen Burnie and Gaithersburg, MD. If you enjoy solving problems, working with complex HVAC systems, and being part of a growing, team-oriented environment, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, service, and repair medium to large commercial HVAC systems
- Work with rooftop units (RTUs), heat pumps, split systems, air handlers, and associated controls
- Perform diagnostics using appropriate tools and instruments
- Disassemble, repair, and reassemble HVAC system components
- Communicate clearly with supervisors and customers about service needs and recommendations
- Maintain safe work practices and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
Requirements
- Commercial HVAC service experience required
- Strong skills in troubleshooting and maintaining HVAC systems and controls
- Journeyman's license (preferred, but not required)
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards
- High school diploma or GED
- Universal EPA certification (preferred)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Top market hourly pay ($40–$50/hour), based on experience
