Clinician in Training

The Role

We are seeking a full-time & center-based Clinician in Training to join our dynamic team. The position offers hands-on training in a supportive environment, focusing on natural play to teach foundational skills.

Details

• Open Monday-Friday between 8am - 5pm
• Primary focus on children aged 2-9 in a center-based setting
• Entry-level Behavior Analyst role with mentorship from an experienced BCBA
• Training phases: Shadowing, Non-Billable Tasks, Probing Programming Targets, Assessment, and Programming Changes
• Mentor BA models and delegates tasks, allowing CiT to take on more responsibilities
• Fun and challenging responsibilities include sharing caseloads, assisting with PS tasks, creating materials, maintaining therapy materials, CST for new hires, BIC support, integrity checks, and progress report creation

Requirements

• Enjoy working with children and learning
• In the process of finishing supervision, waiting to take the BCBA exam, or newly certified and applying for licensure
• Accrued supervision hours of 1650
• Demonstrate Bierman's core values
• Able to lift, transport, and chase clients (minimum of 30 pounds) as needed
