Clinician in Training

The Role

We are seeking a full-time & center-based Clinician in Training to join our dynamic team. This role offers hands-on training and a supportive environment to help you grow as a Behavior Analyst.

Details

• Our centers operate Monday-Friday from 8am - 5pm.
• We primarily work with children aged 2-9 in a center-based setting.
• The Clinician in Training works closely with an experienced BCBA mentor to learn and develop skills.
• The training timeline includes three phases: shadowing, taking on non-billable tasks, and running consults independently.
• Responsibilities include sharing a caseload, assisting with PS tasks, creating materials, maintaining therapy materials, assisting with CST and BICs, and more.
• Fun and challenging aspects of the role include participating in parent meetings, creating charts, and assisting with ongoing integrity checks.

Requirements

• Enjoy working with children and learning.
• In the process of finishing supervision, waiting to take the BCBA exam, or newly certified and applying for licensure.
• Achieve 1650 supervision hours.
• Demonstrate Bierman's core values.
• Able to lift, transport, and chase clients (minimum of 30 pounds) as needed.
