Clinician in Training

The Role

We are seeking a full-time & center-based Clinician in Training to join our dynamic team. This role offers hands-on training and a supportive environment to help you grow as a Behavior Analyst.

Details

• Our centers are open Monday-Friday between 8am - 5pm.
• We primarily work with children aged 2-9 in a center-based setting.
• The Clinician in Training will shadow and assist an experienced BCBA mentor.
• Responsibilities include sharing a caseload, assisting with PS tasks, creating materials, maintaining therapy materials, and supporting various roles like CST and BIC.
• The training timeline includes phases focusing on shadowing, team training, and independent consults.

Fun and Challenging Responsibilities

• Share a caseload with an experienced BA mentor.
• Avoid lifting, transporting, and chasing clients (minimum of 30 pounds).
• Assist with PS tasks related to shared clients.
• Create and maintain therapy materials for learners.
• Support CST and BIC as assigned.
• Participate in integrity checks and training BTs.
• Complete monthly progress reports and assist with parent meetings.

Requirements

• Enjoy working with children and love learning.
• In the process of finishing supervision, waiting to take the BCBA exam, or newly certified and applying for licensure.
• Accrued supervision hours of 1650.
• Demonstrate Bierman's core values.
• Able to lift, transport, and chase clients (minimum of 30 pounds).
