The Role
We are seeking a full-time & center-based Clinician in Training to join our dynamic team. The position offers hands-on training in a supportive environment.
Details
- Our centers are open Monday-Friday between 8am - 5pm.
- We primarily work with children aged 2-9 in a center-based setting.
- The Clinician in Training is an entry-level Behavior Analyst role.
- The training timeline includes three phases:
- Phase 1: shadowing and completing assigned non-billable tasks.
- Phase 2: Mentor BA models and tests probing programming targets, conducting assessments, and making programming changes.
- Phase 3: Mentor BA overlaps as CiT starts to run the consults independently.
Fun and Challenging Responsibilities
- Share a caseload with an experienced BA in the center.
- Create materials for learners on caseload.
- Maintain and organize therapy materials for learners on caseload.
- Aid in CST for new hires.
- Aid in BIC’s as assigned.
- Aid in ongoing integrity checks and training BTs on new programming.
- Complete monthly progress reports.
- Sit in on parent meetings, assist with material preparation, and trainings.
- Create and change charts and update data sheets.

Requirements
- Enjoy working with children and love learning.
- In the process of finishing supervision, waiting to take the BCBA exam, or newly certified and applying for licensure.
- Accrued supervision hours of 1650.
- Demonstrate Bierman's core values.
- Able to lift, transport, and chase clients (minimum of 30 pounds) as needed.
