The Role
We are seeking a full-time & center-based Clinician in Training to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be committed to helping children diagnosed with autism and eager to learn and grow.
Details
- Our centers are open Monday-Friday between 8am - 5pm.
- We primarily work with children aged 2-9 in a center-based environment.
- The Clinician in Training is an entry-level Behavior Analyst role designed for hands-on training.
Training Timeline
- Phase 1: Shadowing and completing assigned non-billable tasks. Mentor BA models team training and tests with appropriate fidelity.
- Phase 2: Mentor BA models and tests probing programming targets, conducts assessments, and makes programming changes. Mentor BA starts delegating non-billable consult time.
- Phase 3: Mentor BA overlaps as CiT starts running consults independently.
Fun and Challenging Responsibilities
- Share a caseload with an experienced BA in the center.
- Create materials for learners on caseload after completing MRS training.
- Avoid lifting, transporting, and chasing clients (minimum of 30 pounds).

Requirements
- Enjoy working with children and love learning.
- In the process of finishing supervision, waiting to take the BCBA exam, or newly certified and applying for licensure.
- Accrued supervision hours of 1650.
- Demonstrate Bierman's core values.
- Able to lift, transport, and chase clients (minimum of 30 pounds) as needed.
