Clinician in Training

The Role

We are seeking a full-time & center-based Clinician in Training to join our dynamic team. The position offers hands-on training and a supportive environment to help you grow as a Behavior Analyst.

Details

• Our centers operate Monday-Friday from 8am - 5pm.
• We primarily work with children aged 2-9 in a center-based setting.
• The Clinician in Training works under the guidance of an experienced BCBA mentor.
• The training timeline includes three phases: shadowing, taking on non-billable tasks, and running consults independently.
• Responsibilities include shadowing, completing assigned tasks, assisting with PS tasks, creating materials, maintaining therapy materials, assisting with CST, BICs, integrity checks, and progress reports.
• Fun and challenging responsibilities include participating in parent meetings, preparing materials, and assisting with charting and data entry.

Requirements

• Enjoy working with children and passionate about learning.
• In the process of finishing supervision, waiting to take the BCBA exam, or newly certified and applying for licensure.
• Accrued supervision hours of 1650.
• Demonstrate Bierman's core values.
• Able to lift, transport, and chase clients (minimum of 30 pounds) as needed.
