The Role
We are seeking a full-time & center-based Clinician in Training to join our dynamic team. The position offers hands-on training and the opportunity to work with children aged 2-9 in a center-based setting.
Details
- Our centers are open Monday-Friday from 8am - 5pm.
- The Clinician in Training works closely with an experienced BCBA mentor to learn and develop skills.
- The training timeline includes:
- Phase 1: Shadowing and completing non-billable tasks.
- Phase 2: Testing probing programming targets, conducting assessments, and making programming changes.
- Phase 3: Running consults independently under mentor supervision.
Fun and Challenging Responsibilities
- Share a caseload with an experienced BA and assist with PS tasks.
- Create materials for learners on caseload after completing MRS training.
- Maintain and organize therapy materials for learners.
- Aid in CST for new hires and assist with BICs as needed.
- Support ongoing integrity checks and training BTs.
- Complete monthly progress reports and assist with parent meetings.
- Participate in Spirit Weeks, Pajama Days, and other team-building activities.

Requirements
- Enjoy working with children and love learning.
- In the process of finishing supervision, waiting to take the BCBA exam, or newly certified and applying for licensure.
- Accrued supervision hours of 1650.
- Demonstrate Bierman's core values.
- Able to lift, transport, and chase clients (minimum of 30 pounds) as needed.
