Schedule

• Part time
• Day shift
• Tuesday, Wednesday: 0830-1700
• Thursday: 1400-1800

Location: 2122 Long St, Orlando, Florida 32805

Responsibilities

• Maintains the safe and efficient operation of the center by monitoring equipment safety
• Performs administrative duties, identifies needs and opportunities, and makes recommendations for change to the manager
• Conducts assessments and administers music therapy to patients of all ages
• Leads individual and group music therapy sessions
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, and staff

Relocation Bonus Eligible: $1500

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Music Therapy (Required)
• 1+ years of experience as a music therapist in a medical setting (Preferred)
• Board Certified Music Therapist (CBMT) (Required)
• Neurologic Music Therapist (NMT) certification (Preferred)

Skills

• Entry level competency of Music therapy practice, theory, principle, and applications as defined in competency department policies
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Must be able to read, write, and speak conversational English
• Effective Clinical Musicianship Skills

Pay

$20.97 - $38.99 per hour
