Clinician - Full Time Hybrid

About the role

Seeking licensed clinicians pursuing Massachusetts LICSW licensure to provide evidence-based mental health care through a combination of telehealth and face-to-face sessions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate therapy to diverse clients, including individuals, couples, and children.
• Conduct intakes, diagnose, and develop treatment plans according to DSM-5 (preferred).
• Maintain a minimum of 25 sessions per week with 30+ hours of availability.
• Utilize modern clinical technology, including telehealth platforms and EHR tools.
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical community and participate in supervision and case consultations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program with graduate or post-graduate clinical experience in treating depression and anxiety.
• Ability to work independently under supervision and be open to treating a variety of client needs.
• Reside within 45 minutes of the office, with flexibility for hybrid work after initial probationary period.

Pay

Up to $73,600 based on licensure, session volume, and bonuses.
