This role is ideal for clinicians who want meaningful clinical work and strong team support in a mission-driven setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based practices
- Complete comprehensive clinical assessments (CCAs)
- Develop treatment plans
- Participate in treatment team meetings
- Complete documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
Requirements
- Minimum Qualifications: Master's Degree
- Licensure in LCSW, LCSWA, LCMHC, LCMHCA, LCAS, LCASA, LMFT, LMFTA (Required)
Qualifications
- NC license: LCSW, LCSWA, LCMHC, or LCMHCA
- LCAS or LCASA License Preferred (not Required)
- Experience with mental health and substance use disorders as a counselor or clinical social worker
- Experience with multidisciplinary team-based care
- Strong documentation and time-management skills
- Demonstrated cultural competence in clinical practice
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in clinical software and technology
