Hybrid RN - Internal Medicine Clinic - Full Time

Facility: 5th Broadway Clinic, Bismarck, ND

About the role

The Registered Nurse (RN) utilizes the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to patients. Responsibilities include care coordination, patient assessment, education, triage, and various nursing interventions. The RN collaborates with inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate care. This role offers a hybrid work model: after a 4-6 month in-clinic orientation, the position transitions to work-from-home. Must reside within 60 miles of Bismarck, ND.

Schedule

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• No weekends or holidays

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care across specialty and primary care teams
• Perform patient assessments and triage
• Provide patient education
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Follow clinical protocols and quality standards
• Demonstrate competency within the full scope of nursing expertise
• Practice within the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules of the state

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (preferred)
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing (preferred)
• Unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practicing, or multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
• Obtain and maintain required department-specific licensure, competencies, and certifications

Pay

• Salary range: $29.50 – $44.50 per hour
• $20,000 sign-on bonus available for qualified candidates
• Experience is credited toward wage range
