BHN is currently seeking a Clinician to provide intensive, community-based clinical services to youth and families involved with the Department of Children and Families (DCF). In this role, you'll deliver family therapy, crisis intervention, and behavioral health support while partnering with caregivers, community providers, and natural supports to promote safety, stability, and long-term success. What We Offer Tuition Reimbursement – Up to $100k for student debt and tuition assistance.Generous paid time off and holidaysCareer advancement opportunities with one in three positions filled internallyOngoing supervision, training, and professional developmentA supportive and collaborative work environmentRecognition as both a Certified Great Place to Work and one of Massachusetts' Top 10 Employers What You'll Do Provide family therapy, crisis intervention, safety planning, and parent skill-building services to youth and families referred by the Department of Children and Families (DCF).Deliver services in community settings, including homes, schools, health clinics, and other locations that best support families.Complete behavioral health assessments and collaborate with youth, caregivers, and natural supports to develop individualized treatment plans.Develop and implement safety plans to address identified risks and promote family stability.Coordinate care with DCF, Family Networks, schools, healthcare providers, and other community partners.Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory requirements.Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, case consultations, and clinical supervision.Meet program productivity and performance expectations while providing high-quality, person-centered care. Who You Are We're looking for clinicians who are passionate about supporting children and families and committed to delivering high-quality, community-based behavioral health services. Qualifications Include Master's degree in a license-eligible behavioral health field (Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field).Experience working with children, adolescents, and families strongly preferred.Ability to obtain CANS-MA Certification within 30 days of hire.Knowledge of family therapy, crisis intervention, behavioral health diagnoses, and evidence-based treatment approaches.Familiarity with community resources and child- and family-serving systems preferred.Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.Cultural humility and the ability to effectively engage families from diverse backgrounds.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for community-based travel.
