What You'll Do

• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and comprehensive clinical evaluations
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs)
• Provide face-to-face clinical services and ongoing behavioral consultation
• Lead crisis response efforts and post-incident clinical debriefings
• Analyze behavioral data to measure progress and modify treatment strategies
• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning and case reviews
• Train and mentor home managers, program leaders, and direct support professionals
• Aid in investigations involving abuse, neglect, or behavioral incidents
• Participate in an on-call rotation as needed

What You Bring

• Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Behavioral Analysis, or a related field (MSW is preferred)
• Ideal candidates will hold one of the following Michigan credentials: LCSW or LMSW or LLMSW, LSW, BCBA, LPC, CLPC, PBSF
• Experience in case management, behavior support, or behavioral health services
• Experience supporting individuals with Serious and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI), Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD), Autism, or individuals exhibiting complex, high-intensity behaviors
• Demonstrated ability to conduct behavioral assessments, develop person-centered treatment strategies, and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regionally, including travel to Ossineke, Michigan, 1–2 times per month
• Ability to pass all required background checks and meet state and regulatory requirements
