About the role
A clinician position available in the Central communities of Massachusetts (Worcester) offering a full-time salaried position at $65,000.
Responsibilities
- Engage youth and family in the intake process, including risk assessment and safety planning
- Collaborate with families and team members to complete all required assessments and maintain up-to-date treatment plan goals
- Facilitate weekly in-home therapeutic sessions for children and families, and may participate in additional sessions as needed, including caregiver coaching
- Provide clinical guidance to support staff in relation to the implementation of clinical goals
- Engage in ongoing care coordination with both internal and external providers
- Participate in the on-call rotation for Children’s Mental Health Services
Requirements
- Earned a master’s degree and license-eligible as an LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT with prior experience working with youth and families, including youth experiencing mental health and/or behavioral challenges
- A willingness to work collaboratively with other disciplines and an ability to individualize treatment based on the needs of a family
- A flexible schedule
- Organized and strong documentation and clinical writing skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
