Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments for assigned clients within 24 hours of admission to identify treatment needs and support timely care planning.
- Provide individual and group counseling services to individuals with substance use and co-occurring disorders, helping clients develop coping skills, support recovery goals, and achieve lasting behavioral change.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation, including client histories, progress notes, treatment records, and all required reports in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards.
