About the role
Flexible Support Services assist youth between the ages of 6 and 18 and their families in Central MA who are DMH-eligible and DMH-referred. The goal is to help children and their family members develop skills, strategies, and supports to sustain the child in the family’s natural environment and enable successful community functioning. Services are highly flexible and individualized to meet the varying needs of children and their families.
Open Sky is seeking a motivated, teamwork-oriented Clinician to join our team, supporting youth and families facing challenges in a home-based service setting. Clinicians work alongside a dedicated, clinically sophisticated workforce, building clinical best practices and being part of a long-term team utilizing the principles of Wraparound and other evidence-based practices. Clinicians also demonstrate Open Sky’s commitment to racial equity, justice, diversity, and inclusion.
- Travel and conduct in-home family therapy throughout Worcester County.
- Work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
- Coordinate and monitor individual treatment plans (ITPs) in collaboration with the youth’s treatment team.
- Participate in on-call rotation.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Social Services field.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Ability to work effectively with collaterals and partner agencies such as the Department of Mental Health (DMH) and educational facilities.
- Experience with mental health treatment of children or adolescents and their families preferred.
Pay
Open Sky offers a competitive compensation model for clinicians, with pay ranges based on current licensure and experience:
- Master’s Degree, no license: $81,000 - $84,000 annually
- Pathway to LMHC/LMFT: $84,000 - $87,000 annually
- LCSW: $88,000 - $91,000 annually
- Independent License (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, LADC I): $91,000 - $92,000 annually
