Clinical Trial Finance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain clinical trial coverage analyses
• Create and submit industry-sponsored clinical trial budget proposals
• Reconcile clinical trial receivables
• Ensure billing compliance of all proposed clinical trial budgets in collaboration with billing teams from Children's Nebraska and Nebraska Medicine
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize the system for efficient resource use
• Work with internal and external partners to ensure the competitiveness and accuracy of study budgets, revenue, and expenses
• Provide input on financial processes and procedures to enhance efficiency
• Maintain and summarize various sources of operational data to support financial reporting, cost accounting, and budgeting of research studies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical research finance or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with financial systems and software
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of clinical research protocols and regulations
• Understanding of healthcare reimbursement processes
• Strong attention to detail
