Clinical Research Financial Analyst

Purpose Statement/Position Summary

Under limited direction, the Clinical Research Financial Analyst will be responsible for one or more aspects of the financial management of the clinical trials of The Saban Research Institutes (TSRI). These responsibilities span the clinical trial financial life cycle including participating in budget development, invoicing, billing and charge review, accounts receivable management, and closeout.

Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience Required

• 1+ years’ relevant work experience.
• Working knowledge of federal and state laws, rules, and regulations related to research and healthcare billing required.

Preferred

• Experience in an academic medical center, teaching hospital, or clinical research environment.

Education/Licensure/Certification Required

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.

Preferred

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or Health Sciences is preferred.
• Certified Coder is preferred.
