So we should remove the EEO paragraph, the legal statements, the "Additional Information" lines (requisition ID, etc.) maybe keep some metadata? The instruction: "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can drop them or put in a short p. Probably drop. We need to preserve all substantive information. We need sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections have content. - About the role: The initial description about division, role overview. Could be "About the role". We'll include a paragraph summarizing the role: The Division of Clinical Research provides infrastructure support... The Clinical Trial Activation Specialist oversees... Acts as a liaison... Maintains real-time tracking... Responsible for confirming all institutional requirements are met prior to activation/implementation. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in regulatory compliance or clinical research start-up. Also "Why Us?" maybe part of About the role? Could be separate but we can incorporate. - Responsibilities: The bullet list under Responsibilities (Activations and Modifications Support, Communication, Maintenance of Regulatory and Study Documentation, Other Duties). We'll put as

  • . - Requirements: Education, Work Experience, Licenses/Certifications. Possibly also "Required: Bachelor's Degree Preferred: Master's Degree", "Work Experience Required: Four years in regulatory compliance or clinical research start-up May substitute education degree with additional years of experience on a one to one basis", "LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS Required: CCRP or CCRC or CCRA". Also maybe "The ability to satisfy and maintain all requirements necessary to ensure the continued security and integrity of such infrastructure is a condition of hire and continued employment." That's a requirement but maybe part of qualifications. We'll include. - Qualifications: Could be overlapping with Requirements. But we need to decide: Usually Requirements = education/experience/licenses; Qualifications = skills, competencies. The posting didn't list explicit qualifications beyond those. Could treat "ideal candidate will have prior experience in regulatory compliance or clinical research start-up" as qualification. But we already have that in Requirements. Might combine. - Skills: Not explicitly listed. Could infer from responsibilities: protocol acceptance, activation, modification, tracking system, communication, stakeholder coordination, content expert, regulatory documentation, knowledge of policies, systems (CTMS, IRB). We could create a Skills section with bullet list of skills derived. But we must not invent or summarize away detail; we must preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot invent. If skills not explicitly stated, we should not create a Skills section. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we can omit Skills if no explicit content. - Benefits: The "Why Us?" paragraph includes benefits: employer-paid medical coverage starting day one for employees working 30+ hours/week, plus optional group dental, vision, life, AD&D, and disability insurance. Accruals for PTO and Extended Illness Bank, plus paid holidays, wellness, childcare, and other leave options. Tuition Assistance Program after six months of service and access to extensive wellness, fitness, and employee resource groups. Defined-benefit pension through the Teachers Retirement System, voluntary retirement plans, and employer-paid life and reduced salary protection programs. Also earlier: "The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center offers excellent benefits, including medical, dental, paid time off, retirement, tuition benefits, educational opportunities, and individual and team recognition." We'll combine. - Pay: Salary Information: Minimum $37.26/hour - Midpoint $46.63/hour - Maximum $56.01/hour. Also later: Minimum Salary: USD 77,500 Midpoint Salary: USD 97,000 Maximum Salary: USD 116,500. Those are annual equivalents. We'll include both hourly and annual? The posting includes both. We'll preserve all substantive information: include both. - Schedule: Work Location: Remote, Work Week: Days (maybe full-time). Also FLSA: exempt and not eligible for overtime pay. Could be schedule info. Also "Employment Status: Full-Time Employee Status: Regular". So we can include schedule: Full-time, remote, regular work week (days). We'll put as paragraph. We must not repeat the job title as a heading. The page already shows it, so we don't output

    Clinical Trial Activation Specialist

. Good. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; we can drop them. We must not include boilerplate: EEO paragraph, legal statements, etc. We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Thus final HTML:
