Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive urologic evaluations, follow-up visits, and chronic condition management
• Supporting faculty urologists in the coordination and optimization of outpatient care
• Performing urology-specific outpatient procedures as credentialed and supervised
• Collaborating with nursing, administrative, and multidisciplinary partners to ensure an exceptional patient experience
• Participating in departmental quality improvement initiatives, faculty meetings, and continuing education activities

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Nursing (MSN) or Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS)
• Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of Louisiana
• Experience in urology or related field preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
